Laura Geller Spackle Undereye Multicare Eye Primer Review & Swatches
f you’re a Spackle fan you’re bound to love on Laura Geller Spackle Undereye Multicare Eye Primer ($24)! Laura Geller’s popular Spackle Facial Primer switches things up and becomes formulated for eyes with this new primer created especially to prep eyes.
Take a look!
Laura Geller Spackle Undereye Multicare Eye Primer can be likened to products like Smashbox Photo Finish Hydrating Under Eye Primer which I believed the brand discontinued so here’s a nice replacement.
Spackle Undereye Multicare Eye Primer contains a host of great antioxidants well as hyaluronic acid for long term moisture and aids in allowing eyes to retain moisture. It has a softer pearl finish with a creamy texture that feels cool on eyes as you apply. It actually has a applicator for application which is cool and refreshing and allows you to gently glide the primer under eyes.
I have drier skin so I use this after my eye cream and before my concealer. It lays a nice hydrating base for my concealer to adhere and allows it to apply easier thanks to the added moisture. It’s something to consider if perhaps your eye cream just isn’t cutting it and you need a little something extra to get your concealer to apply easier.
They’ve done some user studies that suggest it firms skin as well as eases the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles when brightening the under eye area. Personally I thought it improved the level of moisture under my skin but didn’t notice an improvement in dark circles, finer lines, or puffiness.
If you have drier eyes Laura Geller Spackle Undereye Multicare Eye Primer is an excellent product to have on hand for prepping with prior to concealer coverage. It adds much needed moisture and keeps eyes looking fresh throughout the day.
Good stuff.
I loved Smashbox’s version and like Laura’s just as much!
