New Bare Minerals for Spring 2014

bare minerals spring 2014

The Bare Minerals More Than Meets the Eye 8 Piece Collection debuted on QVC this weekend and with it many new products from Bare Minerals for Spring 2014 including the new Affair to Remember 8.0 Ready Palette that has everyone quite excited (myself included).

Take a look at some of the newest products from Bare Minerals for Spring 2014.

1. Bare Minerals 15th Anniversary Mineral Veil Powder $24
We discussed the new Flip Brush Go Brush packaging for Mineral Veil in a prior post. Bare Minerals is making this new flow through brush filled with Mineral Veil available for a limited time for touch ups on the go. Mineral Veil is a finishing powder that’s available in a single translucent universally flattering shade that helps absorb excess oil while minimizing the appearance of fine lines and pores while setting makeup.

2. Bare Minerals Well-Rested Bright Eyes Fatigue Fighting Trio $36
Many people are massive fans of Bare Minerals Well Rested Powder. It started out life as an eyeshadow but actually ended up as a setting powder of sots for your concealer or to act as a powder concealer even. Bare Minerals packages it up with a brush and a new Well-Rested CC Eye Primer which is a creamy concealer that can be used under and on eyes to brighten, conceal, and give eyes a well rested look.

3. Bare Minerals Ready 8.0 Eyeshadow The Affair To Remember $40
Originally released in the UK this new 8.0 Eyeshadow Palette contains eight shades of Bare Minerals Ready Eyeshadow. Exclusively available at QVC this coveted eyeshadow palette is filled with lovely shades of plum and taupe to create sultry eye looks.

4. Bare Minerals Mineralixirs Five Oil Blend $50
Bare Minerals jumps on board the facial oil bandwagon with their new Mineralixirs Five Oil Blend which is formulated with botanical oils to soften and smooth the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

5. Bare Minerals Ready Complete Color Corrector $30
The new Ready correcting powder isn’t really new but it got a bit of a presentation this weekend. This unique pressed powder contains three shades that act to prefer skin as it sets makeup.

Let’s also not forget the new Bare Minerals Bare Skin Serum Foundation that everyone is talking about as well which I didn’t include on this list!

What are you most excited for from the QVC Bare Minerals Spring 2014 launches?

Did you grab about the Affair to Remember Palette?

I thought for sure that one was going to sell out fast but if you want it, it is, in fact still available with the rest of these products at QVC.com.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. My palette have shipped! *insert evil laugh* I’m curious about the new oil and the bright eye trio. I am patiently waiting for the new serum foundation to hit stores/counters.

mawhahaha! 🙂 mine too! 😀 I didn’t indulge in the oil Jen but I did get the bright eye trio! Gonna review that one as soon as it comes 😀

I’m interested in the Affair to Remember palette but waiting to see swatches first and if it pops at Sephora so I can see it in person.

Also eyeing the Ready Complete Color Corrector compact… any experience with that?

And last but not least I am jonesin to get my hands on the Bare Skin Serum foundation! I always check Sephora every few days and click on what’s new under the different categories and this popped up but not available yet. However, it says it will debut May 1st! Not sure I can wait that long haha. And I’m loving the price tag of only $29. I’ll be interested in seeing reviews and swatches of this foundation to gage coverage payoff which I’m assuming will be on the lighter end judging by the “bare skin” name and what kind of finish it’ll have. Matte, luminous. etc. So excited…. I see it’s on QVC but I’ll wait til it hits shelves at my local Sephora to be able to check out the wide range of shades and play around with it before I commit to it 🙂 I’m sure you’ll be reviewing it as well so I’ll be waiting. Have a happy Monday!

none…curious about it but not curious enough to buy because I have so many color correcting powders 🙂 I think Affair to Remember is exclusive to the Q so you likely won’t see it at Sephora 🙁 I’m quite excited to review the Bare Skin been testing it out!

      • Denise

The product page on qvc.com makes no claim to this palette being exclusive. I’m going to wait, too.

        • lucy wisener

I think jessica said the affair to remember palette is an qvc exclusive, unfortunately.

  • Tara

I broke down and ordered the TSV and 8.0 palette! I have wanted to try bare minerals for awhile and decided to take the plunge. I really shouldn’t watch QVC in the wee hours. It is bad for the checkbook 🙂

    • Isabella Muse

lol aw! qvc in general is bad for my wallet 😀 I didn’t watch any of the shows but I am so ashamed to say I tivoed them!

  • JennaV

I have the complete color corrector and I love it! Also waiting for the affair to remember to ship. Do you know how the mineral elixir is different then the night serum? I haven’t watched the show yet but I am curious to know if anyone has tried it.

    • Isabella Muse

I’m not sure Jenna I never tried it either one I’m sorry!

  • Mary

I bought the eyeshadow palette too, the colors are so pretty! I also got the well rested set and the lip quickie set. I am so weak when it comes to QVC’s lipstick/lip gloss sets!
