New Whitening and Brightening Skincare from Estee Lauder & Olay
There’s a few new whitening and brightening skincare picks popping up at your local drugstores and counters lately. One of which that’s finally got a US release is Estee Lauder’s CyberWhite HD Skincare. You might recall the Cyberwhite BB Cream I reviewed for you several years ago! I do wonder if Estee Lauder might also release it here in the US at some point but I’m just happy to see the skincare at this point particularly the CyberWhite HD Advanced Spot Correcting Essence which is getting excellent reviews all around.
No matter your budget both of these new whitening and brightening skincare picks covers your duller skin with formulas that promise to bring life to lackluster skin.
Estee Layder Cyberwhite HD Skincare Collection
Includes:
- Estee Lauder CyberWhite HD Advanced Brightening Moisture Crème $80
- Estee Lauder CyberWhite HD Advanced Spot Correcting Essence $110
- Estee Lauder CyberWhite Brilliant Cells Full Spectrum Brightening Cleanser 38
- Estee Lauder CyberWhite HD Advanced Spot Correcting Moisture Lotion $60
The Estee Layder Cyberwhite HD Skincare Collection promises to brightening skin with an HD-90 Technology which is a naturally derived ingredient to add brightness to skin whole eliminating dullness and dramatically brightening the look of dark spots. Apparently a stable form of Vitamin C as well as a good deal of antioxidants that aid in lightening dark spots over time while evening skin tone and brightening it so dullness, lackluster skin gets back some of its glow.
I think the collection is quite price and seems to utilizes what Shiseido White Lucent has already cashed in on. Although I am hearing very good things about the correcting essence which I decided to splurge on so expect a review in the future.
On the cheaper end of the whitening and brightening skincare sphere we have the new Olay Regenerist Luminous Skincare Collection.
Olay Regenerist Luminous Skincare Collection
Includes:
- Olay Regenerist Luminous Dark Circle Correcting Hydraswirl $33.99
- Olay Regenerist Luminous Brightening Cream Cleanser $9.99
- Olay Regenerist Luminous Tone Perfecting Cream $33.99
The Olay Regenerist Luminous Skincare Collection is actually a fairly good pick up if you’re on a budget although I didn’t get on famously with the eye cream. The moisturizer contains Niacinamide and acetyl glucosamine both of which are excellent at fading dark spots over time as well as improving the sighs of aging. The collection according to Olay will give skin a pearlescent finish. So long as it brightens up my duller skin I’ll be good to go.
Last year and the year before whitening skincare had a rather big push and was a heavy trend! The Pond’s Luminous Skincare and the Pond’s Luminous Finish BB Cream was a particularly good pick. Whitening skincare is always on trend in the Asian market but I think it might be frightening to the US market. I personally have duller skin so I’m always up for something that will brighten as well as even skin tone.
