Revlon Electrified Web Nail Polish Review & Swatches

Revlon Electric Chrome Spider-Man Nail Polish

Revlon Electrified Web Nail Polish is a new nail enamel shade launched with the Revlon Electric Chrome Spider-Man Collection. Each of the six new shades are inspired by the The Amazing Spiderman 2 film and will be available for a limited time at drugstores.

Revlon Electrified Web Nail Polish should be an eyeshadow for Summer! It’s a gorgeous burnt orange! Yum!

Take a look!

Revlon Electrified Web Nail Polish

Each of the new Revlon Electric Chrome Nail Enamels has a Spiderman themed packaging with a golden web that decorates the top. It’s a really cute and understated nod to the comic book hero.

Some of the shades in the collection have a duochrome look but mostly I’d call them purely metallic on nails. Electrified Web is a fiery lighter burned orange with reflect gold and green iridescence. Once applied I find you can’t really see the green in the color but you can see a hint of the gold. They have a liquid metal finish on nails.

First application is a little weak in color but after three layers you get a solid opaque finish. The color has a nice shine to it as well for added drama.

I’m not really a nail girl but I adore this collection. I’m a complete nerd for manga and comics so just the packaging and the fun names really had me hyped.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I picked up Super-Powered because I couldn’t resist the dark blue with a purple sparkly shift. It looks great after two coats, and with one coat of NYC Grand Central Station, it’s almost perfect after a week of wear. There’s a little bit of tip wear and a few small chips, but it really does still look great!

These colors seem like they would have been better for a fall release instead of spring

I’ve found this collection at walgreens, but was in such a hurry I didn’t take a close look at the polishes. They look really pretty in your photo so I may have to check it out again.

I’m a complete nerd for manga and animes. I even go to conventions and love cosplaying haha. I have to admit I’ve never really read comics before. There are so many that every time I’m at a bookstore my mind spins. My friend likes comics and I did her makeup for Emerald City Comic Con for a cosplay. My inner makeup junkie self felt so excited!
