Take a peek!
There isn’t any double for under $60 bucks the Divergent Multi-Piece Collector’s Kit delivers a nice range of products plus the added benefit of owning a collector’s piece inspired by your favorite series of books.
Right down to the massive heavy cardboard box the collection comes in makes for a delicious visual for geeks and makeup junkies alike.
The set includes a range of products but today I’m just focusing on the four Sephora Divergent High Shine Lipglosses because I was asked about them the most. I’ll be reviewing the complete set shortly.
These are actually a spot on dupe for Hourglass Cosmetics packaging with a flat rounded tube. They have sponge applicators for application and all four shades come with this set.
Shades Include:
- Natural Virtue
- Supreme Ritual
- Temptations Choice
- Fear Not
They do run sheerer with a light texture that isn’t sticky, tacky, or heavy. I find they need to be built for the best wear otherwise they lack shine and glossiness. However, after a few applications they look like very nice natural, nude lips which makes for a perfect companion to the natural shades of shadow also included in the set. Wear time is around two to three hours without eating or drinking.
I wouldn’t call them the best lipgloss I ever tried and I might run through them mighty fast due to the fact I’m applying about four layers of product for the best look. But they aren’t terrible either and fit right in with the nude look the collection is hoping to achieve.
The Divergent Cosmetics Collection is available now at Sephora.com.
