Tarte Park Ave Princess Lipsurgence Gloss

I think Tarte Park Ave Princess Lipsurgence Lipgloss ($19) needs to be added to my Nude Lipstick and Lipgloss Recommendations because this is a flirty little golden beige that makes for some beautiful nude lips for Summer!

Released with the Tarte Summer 2014 this gorgeous shade will look great radiant, golden skin.

Take a look!

It’s about time Tarte’s popular Park Ave Princess Bronzer was made into a lipgloss I’d say! Tarte Park Ave Princess Lipsurgence Lipgloss is a stunning golden beige with flecks of gold sparkle in the mix. This is a sheerer shade so building is required for the base color pay off.

The formula has a subtle touch of vanilla flavor and is infused with skin loving Vitamin E, jojoba oil, and flower extract so it has a lovely moisturizing feel with a slight tackiness that allows it to wear for four hours. It doesn’t have a high shine but does provide a nice glossiness with a hint of shimmer. The color does run sheerer but built up it’ll nude lips out and cast a perfect natural beige onto them for a nude look. It’s a shade that should be universally flattering on many skin tones as it won’t create dreaded zombie lips but does create a nude lip look without being over done and look very natural. It’s kinda the perfect companion gloss to a more dramatic eye look.

I could see myself using this often it’s just one of those shades that works right out of the packaging! I’d say the sheerness of the shade is what gives it more of a natural look so you aren’t left with evil dead girl lips. Tarte did well with this one.

Do likey!

Wowza! It looks great on you! How does this compare to Benefit’s Hoola gloss? Your pictures make me want it. Not that that’s anything new!

    Hi Muse!

You truly are my muse when it comes to Tarte products- you and I wear the same shades in pretty much everything, so your verdict on Tarte products is bible to me! I saw this come out a week ago, and I’m torn between a couple of the new shades and the P.A.P. one in the lip surgence gloss! I fell in love with the formula for this gloss when I got the new TSV from QVC- soo happy they came out with more shades!

Do you think you’ll be swatching any of those soon? or any of the other Summer 2014 products?

Thanks so much for all you do- you’re the best!
