Top Shop Kabuki Brush

This Topshop Beauty Kabuki Brush ($16) is one of several new brushes that the brand has launched for Spring 2014. You need to get to Topshop ASAP if you haven’t tried any of their makeup because they seriously are glowing things out of the water.

Don’t get me wrong F21, H&M, etc…have their own little collection of makeup but Topshop is one of the few fashion retailers who have launched a truly great line of cosmetics.

Take a peek at this kabuki you might need it for your Spring bronzers, blushes, and powders!

TopShop Kabuki Brush

The Topshop Beauty Kabuki Brush is a synthetic hair brush with super soft bristles that do not shed. This brush has a cobalt blue handle with ombre bristles that gradate from white to vibrant blue.

This is a larger kabuki so it’s best used for dusting on bronzer, highlighter, or powder but might be a bit too larger for blush. It’s versatile enough that you can use it on your body as well as your face. Or if you like you can even use it to dust body powder on! Simply empty some of your favorite perfumed body powder into a pretty glass powder jar and dip the brush in, shake off excess, and dust the powder on your shoulders, chest, etc…!

The TopShop Beauty Kabuki Brush as well as the entire Top Shop Makeup Collection is available in store or online at topshop.com.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. My Nordstrom (OMG that sounds like I own a Nordstrom LOL) in Santa Clara, CA aka Valley Fair has Top Shop in their makeup department. I have found the makeup to be a good value and fairly good quality. I got a bright pink flat paint foundation brush (they were out of the stipple brush) for $14 and I really like it. I have been abusing it (like I do most of my brushes which is why I only buy cheap ones now) and have not had any problems with shedding. It is a good brush and the price was great!
