Butter London Cheeky Cream Blush Review & Swatches
A big yay today for the Butter London Cheeky Cream Blush ($20)! I’ve been on a cream blush craze the last few weeks! Bobbi Brown has a new Pot Rouge shade, Clarins introduced Multi-Blush Cream Blush, Estee Lauder has a new Bronze Goddess Cheek Glow Blush, it’s just one endless parade of cream blushes.
A few formulas stuck with me as brilliant and one of those formulas happens to be Butter London Cheeky Cream Blush. Originally the blush was introduced with the Butter London Makeup Collection that launched last year but recently three new, limited edition shades became available with the Lolly Brights Summer 2014 Collection.
Shall we have a look?
The most appealing part of Butter London Cheek Cream Blush is the fact they wear very long. This is a rarity for me as cream blush typically fades on me very quickly but this formula wears for a solid six hours on me without a hiccup!

The colors are fully customizable so you can go as sheer or as bright as you want thanks to the excellent pigment. The creamy texture has a powdery set time but gives you plenty of time to blend out before they dry down. The texture is a thinner with an almost powdery formulation that blends easily on cheeks with a smooth, even finish. They have a super light feel with a seamless natural finish so cheeks appear to be blushing naturally.
Butter London Piccadilly Circus Cheeky Cream Blush is probably my favorite shade of the two I tried. This actually reminds me a of a cream version of Milani Bella Rosa Matte Baked Blush.
If you’re shopping cream blushes for Summer I highly recommend Butter London Cheeky Cream Blush!
