Etude House Moistfull Super Collagen CC Cream Review & Swatches
Etude House Moistfull Super Collagen CC Cream recently launched in Korea with the newest Moistfull Super Collagen Skincare products. This new Etude House CC Cream is available in two shade selections with an SPF 33 and a formula that contains 30% of “super collagen”.
Not only does the formula provide coverage but also incredible moisture as well according to Etude House!
Take a look!
Etude House Moistfull Super Collagen CC Cream is a color correcting cream that contains “magic color capsules” that adjust to your natural skin tone. Interestingly enough I find the formula is more a BB Cream than a CC Cream formula as it isn’t a white base color adjusting formula like you’d find in formulas such as Tony Moly Luminous Pure Aura CC Cream. This comes in two shades that are already tinted and as far as I saw during application neither has adapts or changes upon being applied to the skin.
The formula is supposed to a rich, moisturizing texture that contains skin firming collagen so along with color correction it also whitens, brightens, and apparently is anti-aging.
It brightens skin quite nicely and provides sheer to medium coverage with a rich, creamy consistency. I find the texture isn’t nearly as moisturizing as I thought it would be. For something based off of Etude House’s popular Moistfull Collection I was disappointed as this isn’t exactly the hydrating experience I expected. Although a lovely texture I felt I struggled slightly with it as I blended and felt like I was tugging color around my face slightly! Once applied it leaves behind a flawless finish with a soft, satiny dry down. I do suggest applying a small amount and building slowly for the best finish as applying too much you’ll notice it gives a fairly in your face, “Hi how are you? I’m wearing makeup!” look. So build it slowly as you go! I find a tiny dot on each cheek blended out is all I need for my entire face. It does have a fairly heavy fresh floral fragrance that’s pleasant to my nose but could be too much for those sensitive to fragrance in their foundation products. I find it wears for around six hours before showing very, very minor signs of fading.

It would have been nicer if Etude House went the color adjusting route with Moistfull Super Collagen CC Cream. It would have also been helpful if the consistency was less thick, a little less creamy, and more hydrating as after all this is formulated for drier skin! I didn’t feel like it was actually all that moisturizing.
Overall, Etude House Moistfull Super Collagen CC Cream is an ok CC Cream but works and acts more like a BB Cream…! I’m not a massive fan of this one and could probably recommend safely skipping it if you already have a rotation of BB Creams you are currently using.
You can snag it on E-bay from F2Plus1.
