Hey Muse! Just an FYI that I did notice this set on — and I also noticed that the picture of the shadows in the palette are NOT the new A La Mode eyes palette (although the tin packaging is correct).

Those shadows in the pictures are from last year’s summer 2013 eye palette. I have both palettes so I am 100% certain.

BTW the new summer 2014 palette shadows are:

    St. Tropez
    Cote d’Azur
    La Croisette
Monaco — this is an awesome bright pink
    De La Mer

Very confusing but I thought it was worth mentioning.

oh thanks! I don’t think last year’s contained firefly though so maybe a few new shades? not not an exact dupe of 2013?

  • 4/1/14 10:21 Roo:

Why must you tempt me! I’m loving the A la mode pallette, and a few shades in this one look very similar. I should most definitely pass… But it’s so hard!

    • 4/1/14 10:24 Isabella Muse:

hahaha get it get it get it!

  • 4/1/14 10:35 Christina D.:

Good catch, Muse. Firefly replaces Coral Crush, and Sand Dollar replaces Peach Fuzz. All else looks the same from 2013. But Lordie I swear they just changed the names!

      lol it’s a conspiracy!

    Hi Muse!

I prefer A la Mode Palette 😀 but I don’t see it in the sephora website :C.

    • 4/1/14 11:59 Isabella Muse:

I don’t think any of too faced summer 2014 has launched at sephora yet just on too faced’s website.

  • 4/1/14 12:26 CatG:

I did not know about this! I wish I could check out the palette by itself. Not a fan at all of that mascara.

  • 4/1/14 13:23 Christina D.:

I purchased the a la Mode palette from Ulta. Love those Ulta bucks!

    • 4/1/14 16:33 Isabella Muse:

      yay! nice 😀

    Hello Muse:
I just purchased this exact set at the Sephora Rouge Event on Sunday. I checked my photos and it matches your pic above exactly right down to the names on the palette. I’m wearing the colors today and love it. Take care,

    • 4/1/14 22:06 Isabella Muse:

      awesome anna :) enjoy it!

I think there is some confusion over this palette and the a la mode one. Too faced is launching 2 different ones for summer- the one you pictured is a sephora exclusive. Aside from the 2 shades you mentioned, it is exactly like the summer eyes set from 2013 (on sale now). Im not sure if they changed the formula but the colors (esp sunbeam) seem more pigmented. I think ill wait for sephora to get the a la mode palette.

And there’s also the new version of the Natural Eyes palette which replaced three old shades with three new ones — all else is the same. I love Too Faced but they do like to overlap!

Does anybody know of an eyeshadow shade similar to sea shell that I would be able to find as a single? Thanks!
