Hard Candy Sandy Beach Single & Loving It Eyeshadow4

Hard Candy Single & Loving It Eyeshadow ($3 at Walmart) gets a revamp for Spring 2014 with a new mosaic, tie dye print. Available in five shades these new single eyeshadows have a super soft buttery texture that will make you question if you really only paid $3 for it!

The Hard Candy Mosaic Single & Loving It Eyeshadow comes housed in a tiny plastic square impact. This is a darling little shadow that could potentially go all wrong…I mean $3 bucks? Sounds like you’ll be purchasing a dry, dense perhaps chalky formula? Not the case AT ALL!

This has a super soft, velvet texture with a metallic finish on my eyes. It applies and blends out without fall out and wears for a solid seven hours before it shows signs of minor fading. I tried the shade Sandy Beach which is made up of a dark chocolate brown, a bronze brown, and a soft tan beige. Mixed the colors created a lovely coppery bronze on my eyes. The original Single & Loving It Eyeshadow Singles have a divine formula but the Mosaic ones really knock it out of the park. I think you’ll really question that you just paid three bucks for such a great formula. I’d liken the formula to a Stila Eyeshadow but with a bit more thickness!

The best part here is you can indulge in all the shades and not even break a $20 bill on them! I do so like to purchase multiple shades of an eyeshadow formula I love especially when they won’t break the bank!

wah! I saw the few of these at Wal Mart that hadn’t sold out yet, and passed. I’m sure it will be at least 6 months before they have them back in stock again. The Wal Marts around me have gotten really, really “lax” about stocking things and keeping them neat when they do have them, if you know what I mean!

I’ve got Sandy Breach, Oink (pink case- shadows are a mix of cream, pink and beige that swatch out to a metallic off white) that are both awesome, and Grape Dane (purples that swatch out to a more chunky VERY sparkly frosty purple). Overall I love them, but the purple shade is a bit of a letdown.

Welp, it looks like there’s a purple one, so I may be picking it up. XD

Does this product contain parabens? The Walmart and Hard Candy websites don’t post ingredients.
