Heads up skincare fanatics there are a slew of new skincare products launching from Bare Minerals, Philosophy, and First Aid Beauty! I always expect skincare to have a really big push in January just when Spring Collections are starting to whisper onto counters.

I think maybe brands think that January is a great time for skincare as they have that New Year mentality that beauty junkies are making some sort of resolution to start a new skincare regime thus the big early Spring launch of new skincare products.

However, I’m seeing a great deal of exciting new skincare popping up everywhere lately including a new Bare Minerals Cleansing Oil, plenty of facial oils, and more!

Take a look at some of these new offerings!

Bare Minerals Mineralixirs Facial Cleansing Oil ($27 at QVC.com)
Bare Minerals releases their first every cleansing oil that’s supposedly a gentle soothing oil to lift away dirt, oil, and makeup with a formula formulated with a blend of oils and minerals to give skin a more youthful appearance.

Philosophy Back to Nurture Facial Oil Gelee ($50 at QVC.com)
Philosophy puts a spin on the old facial oil theme with this new oil slash gelee for hydrating dry skin! Feeling tight or dry? This replenishing oil gelee helps skin to retain moisture.

StriVectin Labs High Performance Booster Oil ($49 at QVC.com)
Give skin a boost with Strivectin’s new nourishing facial oil that contains their patented NIA-114 technology.

First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Liquid Recovery ($38 at QVC.com)
First Aid Beauty takes on the facial oil crazy with this new recovery facial oil that contains hydrating red algae, honey proteins, and oat extract, in a concentrated water base.

Bare Minerals Mineralixirs Eye Nourishing Oil Balm ($34 at QVC.com)
A rich solid balm that melts down to an oil as you apply to provide nourishing hydration to your eye area.

Peter Thomas Roth Rose Stem Cell Bio-Repair Gel Mask ($45 at Sephora.com)
A cool, soothing gel to reduce the signs of aging and create a more youth look using rose stem cells blended with rose extracts to deliver moisture to dry, dull, sagging skin!

I’ll be reviewing a few of these shortly as I couldn’t resist a few of them! Like the new cleansing oil from Bare Minerals was something I really wanted to try as well as the oil balm!

Any new skincare you’re wanting to try?

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Can’t wait for your reviews. I really want to try the BareMinerals items and the FAB one.

I’m interested in both the Bare Minerals products! Esp. the cleansing oil – I looked at the ingredients on the balm and fragrance is listed about halfway down, so it’s probably pretty strong… :\ Will have to snortle that one in person to see how strong it is.. I don’t know why companies think they need to fragrance the beejeebers out of things… It really isn’t necessary, and for a lot of people, it’s a deal breaker!

I have that FAB one! Could not be any farther from an oil. It’s like putting straight water on my face, but it smells like oatmeal. I pat it on with my palms after cleansing and then follow with my usual routine. Not much moisture, but I bought it to calm my red allergic skin and it works great for that!

interesting taylor! fab is always great for red/sensitive skin so perhaps this would be a good solution for those who can’t use a full on facial oil? I’ll def skip though my drier skin needs more! thanks for sharing!

I just ordered the FAB one with the 15% off at Sephora, I’m very excited to get it! It’s more than I usually spend on skincare (most of my stuff is Hada Labo and Paula’s Choice), but it sounds heavenly. I like that it’s water-based, because while I have very dehydrated skin, oils break me out!

I’m loving the Breminerals Mineralixir Eye Balm. It’s very hydrating. I’ve been using it on my lips, too 🙂
