NYC New York Color Expert Last Lipstick Review & Swatches
NYC New York Color Expert Last Lipstick ($1.99) is a new longwearing lipstick that New York Color Cosmetics launched for Spring 2014 in 20 shades.
If you’re looking for a cheap thrill this is a nice pick up.
The NYC New York Color Expert Last Lipstick isn’t a remarkable one but it is a cheap one. This a fragrance and flavor free formula with a rich, true to tube pigmentation and a creamy, easy glide formula. I wouldn’t say this formula was moisturizing but it isn’t drying either. The single shade I tried, Coralista (oops is Benefit upset about the name?), is a bright, true shade of orange that packs a nice pigmentation and yields full opaque color on the first application. This color does have a way of sticking to drier areas on my lips but the shade doesn’t migrate, feather, or bleed and has a smooth finish if I go over it a few times. The cream finish has absolutely no sparkle or shimmer. I find NYX Color Expert Lipstick wears for about fours hours before it shows signs of fading.

I wouldn’t call this a incredibly eventful formula but at the $1.99 price tag I’m not complaining and could see myself even purchasing a few more.
NYC Color Expert Lipstick is popping up at drugstores now.
