Revlon 1000 Volts Nail Polish Review & Swatches

Revlon 1000 Volts Nail Polish

Revlon 1000 Volts Nail Polish is one of six new Spiderman inspired shades that launched with the new Revlon Electric Chrome Spider-Man Collection that’s available for a limited time at drugstores.

You can actually get the Revlon Spiderman Collection at 40% Off as Ulta and Ulta.com has a great deal on drugstore cosmetics this week so do take advantage of you love this shade (or any of the shades in the collection).

Revlon 1000 Volts Nail Polish is a gorgeous duochrome with excellent color shifting. The shade is a gorgeous gold metallic with a green and peach shift. It does need at least three coats for a full opaque finish but is well worth it as the color is stunning!

Indoors I find the color is merely a metallic gold but in the sunlight it has a golden green and peach reflect! In my swatch you’ll only see the gold unfortunately but believe me the duochrome effect is stunning in different lights.

1000 Volts is probably my favorite shade from the collection. As with all the packaging in this collection there’s a nod to Spidey with a bottle top that features a golden web that decorates the top of the bottle.

Some of these shades are wonderful and will make some great nail looks for Spring and Summer but the true joy of the release is the fact that it’s Spiderman themed!

Loves it.

Available now at Ulta.com as well as other drugstores.

I purchased this item.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I picked up I’m Electro and it’s really pretty. I’m going to check for this one the next time I’m there. I think gold with a shift would be really nice.
