Revlon Spidey Sense Nail Polish Review & Swatches

Revlon Spidey Sense Nail Polish

Revlon Spidey Sense Nail Polish is one of six limited edition shades of Revlon Chrome Nail Enamel that launched with the Revlon Electric Chrome Spider-Man Collection celebrating the release of the Amazing Spiderman 2 in May!

If you’ve been having a difficult time locating the collection it just launched at Ulta.com recently so you can now purchase it online!

Let’s take a look!

Revlon Spidey Sense Nail Polish is a bright metallic raspberry with a red undertone. Although in the bottle it appears to have a duochrome effect on nails I find there is no color shift and the finish is more of a liquid metal. The color is reminiscent of Peter’s Spiderman costume.

I find the color applies sheer and needs at least four coats before it delivers a nice solid opacity. The color isn’t particularly glossy but it has a smooth, even, metallic finish.

Revlon created special edition packaging to go with the Spiderman theme so each nail varnish has a black topper with a gold web spun around it!

These shades have likely been done and redone in past collections especially from brands like China Glaze who favors shades like this but the real joy is the fun names and Spiderman themed packaged that makes them so great.

If you’re a comic fan I’m sure you can appreciate these!

They are available now at drugstores for a limited time.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse.
