DHC Daisy Duck Deep Cleansing Oil Review

DHC Deep Cleansing Oil Daisy Duck

DHC Daisy Duck Deep Cleansing Oil is a new limited edition Deep Cleansing Oil that released with the DHC x Disney Collection featuring Daisy Duck.

How cute is this?

Unfortunately DHC US has yet to launch this collection in the US but you can grab the DHC Daisy Duck Deep Cleansing Oil from AlpabeautyUK on E-bay.

DHC Deep Cleansing Oil is right up their with Shu’s popular Cleansing Oil. This is a deep cleansing oil that removes all traces of makeup simply and easily. To use just pump three or four squirts of the oil in your hands and apply to a dry face that has makeup on. Rub it a circular motion as you go! After simply apply a small amount of water to emulsify the oil (it’ll go slightly milky) and continue to massage. Now rinse! Done! It’ll feel very oily at first application but it rinses clean away and does not leave an oily, shiny, or greasy feel, film, or finish behind. Plus it removes makeup in a flash even stubborn waterproof mascara.

DHC Daisy Duck Deep Cleansing Oil

The DHC Deep Cleansing Oil is readily available on DHC’s US site but the real cuteness stems from the limited edition Daisy Duck print on the bottle. I think it’s super cute plus once you use it all you can just refill by purchasing here in the US or filling it with a different cleansing oil of your choice!

If you’ve never tried cleansing oil before this is a great place to start as DHC’s formula is excellent plus the added bonus of Daisy! Awww!

I gotta admit though I wish DHC would scent their oil as it is unscented now but I still kinda feel like it smells like olive oil somehow…! Do not like!

Aside from that the formula is one of the better and cheaper options available in the Cleansing Oil market!

What do you think of the limited edition Disney packaging?

I purchased this item.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I have this and love it. I have always used the US plain bottle before, but when I laid my eyes on this version a while ago I had to have it. Got it for cheaper than a bottle of the US version too! I’ve had it for so long and it is no where near empty. A little goes a long way. It is the only product I can cleanse with and do not have to use moisturizer afterwards. I have oily skin, but this product is for everyone. I have got my sister-in-law and nephew using DHC now.Have you seen the Minnie Mouse one as well?

I like this bottle too but I think I like the Minnie one better because I think the red pops.

I also have to say the one of the BEST things about this oil for me? It doesn’t have a fragrance. I am so sensitive that I would be afraid the scent would shut me down before I could rinse it away.

Since a lot of DHC products are made with olive oil (fab for skin)that is probably why you are picking up that scent. I really don’t smell it anymore, I guess I got to the point that I no longer notice?

Anyway – this is the BEST cleansing oil in my book. 😀
