Barry M Cor Balmy Review & Swatches

Barry M Cor Balmy

If you’re anything like me and feeling slightly disappointed with Nivea A Kiss of Care & Color might I suggest Barry M Cor Balmy Lip Balm? It’s SO much nicer!

Barry M Cor Balmy is an SPF 15 rich a core lip balm with vitamin E, shea butter, and Jojoba!

Take a look!

I happen to be a very fond fan of tinted lip balms because I dislike touching up my lipstick and gloss throughout the day. Tinted balm is quick to apply, easy to store in my makeup bag or desk drawer, and gives me a touch of shine and color without having to do too much work to get it! Add in SPF and you’ve got yourself a fan!

Barry M Cor Balmy Swatches (Trouble & Strife)

Barry M Cor Balmy is named due to its solid core moisturizing center that’s surrounded by a tinted color balm. This is a balmy texture that’s lightweight and pleasantly hydrating through a two hour period. It gives lips a very nice, healthy dose of color with a shiny finish and a slightly orange-y taste and flavor. It’s not going to win any awards for retaining moisture or keeping lips hydrated for long periods of time but it does perform considerably better than Nivea A Kiss of Care & Color and is considerably more pigmented. I can get about two to three hours of wear from it and my drier lips remain moist through that wear and feel quite soft after it’s worn away. I don’t think it’s a treatment to keep lips from drying out but it’ll provide nice moisture during the wear!

If you’re a tinted lip balm fan I’m sure you’ll like Barry M Cor Balmy! It’s cheap, nicely tinted, contains SPF, and keeps lips lightly hydrated.

I’m just lazy. If I’m out, it’s hard for me to go, well it’s been a few hours, better check on my lipstick. Also, because my lips are so dry multiple applications of anything that isn’t balmy tends to make everything go wrong.
