Bath & Body Works Honeycrisp Apple & Buttered Rum for Fall 2014

Bath & Body Works Honeycrisp Apple & Buttered Rum

The new Bath and Body Works Orchard Fall 2014 fragrances are launching in store and online now and I must admit the most intriguing scent in the line up is the new Honeycrisp Apple & Buttered Rum fragrance.

Seriously?

Apple and Buttered Rum?

I’m in heaven!

I should start by saying even though the fine fragrance mist formula has been revised it really is a disappointing formula. Unless, of course, you layer and sometimes I don’t love layering because I find Bath & Body Works body lotion kinda sticky! So…with that said I surely HOPE that Honeycrisp Apple & Buttered Rum is as good as it sounds because I might need back ups and I’m hoping and wishing for a formula with a great throw and linger!

The blend of consists of top notes of Honeycrisp Apple, Juniper Berry, Creamy Cardamom with a follow up of middle notes featuring Buttered Rum, Orange Blossom, and Raspberry Nectar.

Unfortunately, the dry down isn’t apple or buttered rum….it’s musk, golden amber, and tonka bean! I surely hope it provides some of the gorgeousness of its name though!

Crossing fingers and toes.

It’s available now at bathandbodyworks.com or in store!

Sniffed it?

Do tell!

For the past couple of years, they’ve had good fall scents. I think 2 years ago they had Honey Autumn Apple, then last year they had Vermont Honey Apple. I loved them both, so I’m excited about this!

I just picked this up today and to me it smells like Amber Blush, just a little bit of apple (fruity) mixed in.. I love amber blush but smelling them together i think i like Honeycrisp Apple a little bit more..
