Ok, so I should say I’m not a huge subscription beauty box fan!

Birchbox, Blissmo, Glossybox, etc…they aren’t something that really interest me. I actually used to be a massive fan of the Little Black Beauty Box which basically rounded up a bunch of Etsy and Etailers and included them in a box that was $19.95! The box typically included wax melts, little indie makeup products, lip balm, body creams, mists etc…I feel like the Little Black Beauty Box was the pioneer in beauty boxes but recently we are seeing SO many other beauty boxes popping up!

Most boxes include samples and full size makeup products but they never appealed to me because they almost always included re-promoted products or a new product in a sample size along with other trial size items.

The concept is boring to me. I don’t love sample sizes all that much and like I said many times I see a repromoted product in these boxes that I’ve already tried!

When someone recently asked me did I try Memebox I was kinda meh about it and I said as much. I didn’t know if I loved the idea of a Korean beauty based box either.

I logged onto the site recently and I started browsing and liking what I saw. And somehow, someway I ended up ordering five different boxes that will ship out to me in September and October.

The thing I’m seeing and liking about MemeBox is they have themed boxes. Some are themed for lipstick lovers with boxes that include a selection of lipsticks only. Some are skincare themed or even color themed like right now they have a “pink” lovers box and even a coffee beauty inspired box for coffee lovers! Many boxes are already available for shipment where as some have ship dates in September and October.

The boxes range in price from $23 to $40 dollars. Regular Memeboxs are cheaper and have ful to 7 full size and deluxe sample sizes. The more expensive boxes are dubbed Superbox which include full size products designed with a theme in mind.

I recently got a sample of a box that I’ll be showcasing shortly and I have to say I had a good deal of fun going through it and discovering some new products to love on. Most of the brands inside I didn’t really know about and I’m an avid Korean/Asian beauty and makeup lover mind you. Needless to say I think I might just be a Memebox addict now.
