Model Co Cheek & Lip Tint 6

It’s August, it’s hot so I’m getting cheeky with a little Model Co Cheek & Lip Tint which is a cheek and lip stain that gives me a natural, flush of lightweight color.

Lord knows, July is HOT but I always feel like it gets even warmer towards the beginning of August and it feels like you can fry an egg on the streets of New York. And hells if I want to wear a ton of makeup on my face in hot, uncomfortable weather! Model Co Cheek & Lip Tint comes in a cutesy squeeze tube and allows me to easily dot on a hint of color so my dull, lackluster skin gets an instant blushing touch up and a comfortable one that doesn’t weight me down in the Summer heat.

Take a peek!

This is actually a great stain as it isn’t the rosy red that you get from Benefit Cheek Stain but more of a ripened berry which makes it way more wearable and natural on complexions. The gel formula also makes it easy to dot on and blend it out without a patchy, uneven finish. The gel formula can be used on either lips or face and has a soft, even finish that’s very natural. It is sheer so you can’t really over do it no matter how much you apply!

It has a very subtle bitter berry taste when used on lips and enhances the shade of your own natural lip pigments with a touch of rosy pink where as on cheeks it gives a soft berry finish with a wear time of 6 hours on my drier cheeks and some fading into hour 7. I find it wears shorter on my lips though but lucky enough doesn’t dry them out the way some lip stains do! I can get about three hours of transfer-free color on my lips before it begins to fade away!

I don’t really love wearing a ton of makeup on the weekend. I feel constantly made up through the week so it’s nice to indulge in something lightweight, easy to apply, and simple and that’s exactly what Model Co Cheek & Lip Tint gives me. Just a hint of natural color for my lips and face without overdoing things and with very little time and effort spent in the application!

This one is a great stain to add to your arsenal for natural Summer looks when you’re under the warm, Summer sun and you feel like makeup is melting off. It provides long wear, an easy to use formula that blends flawlessly, and just the right touch of tint!

This is so exciting! I’ve been looking high and low for a dependable lip and cheek stain, so thank you for sharing this, Muse! <3

Ooh! This looks just like the Bonne Bell gel blushes I used as a teen in the early ’90’s. They were a sheer gel just like this and were so natural looking. I wish they’d bring those back, since they were so cheap but this looks like it could be a dupe!
