Sleek MakeUp Bronze Block Review & Swatches
Available in four shades the new Sleek MakeUp Bronze Block brings together four complementary shades of blush and bronzer to create a beautiful, radiant sunkissed finish.
Take a look!
Housed in a small square compact Sleek Make Bronze Block is available in lighter and darker shade selections. Open the compact to reveal a mirror and a powder sectioned into four cubes of color. The darker shades of the palette can be used to add a glowing bronze to skin where as the lighter ones can used to add a touch of illuminating color to cheeks.
I got the darkest shade available from the collection and man oh man is it pigmented. The powders are a touch dense but not try in the least. I find the work best when used with a larger bushier bronzing brush as you really want to have something handle that can sheer color out as this product can be easily over done if you aren’t careful. The powder does tend to apply unevenly if you add too much to your brush at one time due to the amount of pigment that Sleek injected into these. So do start out by dabbing the powder slightly, blending onto cheeks bones and face, and building slowly! Once you get a knack for it you’ll find it applies effortlessly with each use. It really does add a very, very healthy tanned look to skin! This is by no means subtle! It’s as if I spent the entire day at the beach as it deepens my skin tone and adds depth and plenty of warmth to my complexion. The silky formula has a smooth, semi-matte texture with a very hint of shimmer that doesn’t translate to skin. It wears for a solid seven to eight hours without fading but removes easily at the end of the night.
