But Urban Decay likes to think she would and who am I to complain about that as I love me some glitter!

I swear there was a time in my life I wasn’t seen without some sort of glitter eyeliner on. Not I reserved it for Holidays! But none the less it’s fun to use. You can easily line with it and get a straight line even if you’re a bit klutzy with liquid liner products. The very fine brush application makes it easy to swipe on and if you want you can give swipe it through your lashes to add a bit of crusty glittery sparkle! The glitter is suspended in a water base which makes the glitter bind together for the best sparkle.
