About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. it’s another green that looked similar to the color I posted so just posted the one!

Is $30 the new unit (starting) price for most mid-high end makeup items?

Is there a healthy obsession? (Gosh, I hope so!)

The blue and the gold shades look very nice but I’ll have to swatch!!

  • Rosanne

Are any of the shades suitable for a wash? It looks like the two on the right could be. Is the top left one (Galaxy ?) a green, cuz it looks blue on my PC monitor screen. Any swatches coming?

I’m looking for the perfect cream eyeshadow to use as a wash. Tired of chasing Maybelline Color Tattoos in LE and empty displays at the drugstores! Maybe just spending the $30 at the dept. store would save on gas! 😉

not sure! didn’t try yet or see ’em in in person! I wanted to order two of them though they look quite nice. it’s kinda expensive but the Dior Ombree ones are great for color washing! also, Clarins has some new ones that do some nice neutral eye looks without the hassle although they are powder 🙂

Mmmm these remind me of the Jill Stuart Jelly Eye…I only bought one shade when I was in Japan and I loooooove it – wish I had picked up more! 😀
