Miguhara B.P. Cream is something I received recently in a Super Memebox! The Memebox was actually $23 so I was a little skeptical about the contents at first and whether or not the box was actually worth the shipping plus the price. Too many beauty boxes I’ve seen cost a good deal and you end up with deluxe size samples. The Miguhara B.P. Cream is actually full size however, Korean beauty and skincare is relatively cheap and you can get quality beauty products for around $5-$15 within Korean.

So….

I wasn’t sure that the Memebox purchase would actually be worth the actual contents.

I’ve never actually tried Miguhara, nor have I done research on the brand. As an avid Korean and Asian beauty fan I was surprised the brand never crossed my regard. After doing a little research I was quite shocked that this full size tube is $36! My Memebox was filled with seven full size products so this product along took care of almost the entire cost of the box which was $23. Interesting!

Anyway, now that I analyzed cost.

Let’s take a look at Miguhara B.P. Cream!

Miguhara B.P. Cream is actually a very interesting product! It’s suppose to do double duty as both a BB Cream and a facial primer but it is a bit sheerer to actually have any true BB Cream functions. Those with oily skin and visible mores will love this one though none the less.

I love products that ease my duller skin, even my skin tone, and create a natural finish on my skin. I don’t need a ton of coverage because I don’t have problem skin however, I do like coverage that provides a natural finish. This is exactly why Miguhara B.P. Cream is great. This is sheer yet provides enough coverage to even out skin tone, brighten a bit, and create a nice, smooth finish on my skin. It has a silicone-like feel with a creamy texture that blends easily into skin. I typically dislike silicone primers because I find them itchy but I had no problems with this lightweight formula. It applies and blends out easily onto my skin and leaves my complexion looking airbrushed and ready for makeup (or not! I can easily apply this and not bother to follow up with foundation should I like). It does a nice job of absorbing excess oil as well and provides a soft, matte finish.

You can use it either all its own for natural, lighter coverage as it’ll control oil, reduces the appearance of smaller pores, and evens out skin tone. Or should you like you can just prep with it and have it act as a primer to mattify and conceal visible pores while providing a smooth workable canvas for foundation or BB Cream.

This is a light, creamy beige shade that fit my skin tone quite well. Considering it isn’t very pigmented most skin tones can get away with using it as it doesn’t go pasty or chalky on darker tones in my experience (I tried it on friends).

Primer is such an important part of makeup application but the thing I love about Miguhara B.P. Cream is the fact it not only acts to prime but also acts as a lighter, tinted moisturizer-like product to even out skin tone for a natural, smooth appearance with or without your foundation.

Multitasking products are brilliant so props to Miguhara B.P. Cream for not being a one trick pony but for being a multitasking diva that excels at both priming and acting as sheer coverage for your skin!

God, I LOVE this stuff. I bought the Coffee Break With Dani box just to get my paws on this primer. I’m NC37 and it goes on nicely on me. My face produces more oil than most Middle Eastern countries and this is the only primer that keeps me matte for at least half a day.

It’s crazy. Every time I’m researching Korean products, you’ve already tried it. Every time. How do you do it?
