P.S. I know we are all excited about Fall but anyone else excited about game launches this October? There are SO many incredible horror games upcoming I can’t contain my excitement! I finally played the Silent Hills P.T. this morning and it got me in the mood for all the upcoming blood, gore, and guts in October especially the Evil Within!

I’m probably one of the most bizarre horror lovers out there. I adore horror movies/games/etc but I HATE being scared. I dislike having that feeling of being chased or stop popping up at me suddenly. Ugh! Worst feeling ever. I typically watched horror movies with a jacket thrown over my head in theaters or a comforter at home! I’m seriously scared of my own shadow but I can’t enough of the blood and gore 🙂

What’s your gaming schedule looking like this Fall?

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. not much of a mario girl for many years now but if you say it is awesome might check it out 😀

  • Nat

OMG P.T. gave me goosebumps (I played it lights off, and with headphones)! Have you seen/played Five Nights at Freddy’s? Although, if you don’t like jump scares you might not like that one. I love watching videos of other people playing it, heehee! 😀

    • Isabella Muse

OMG STFU about five night’s at freddy’s *shudders in fear* I HATE IT (but love it haha). It’s prob in my top 20 steam games! I think every kid has that moment where the lights go off and you think your teddy bear is going to come to life and eat you or something, that’s basically the gist of FNAF! AHHHHH! creepy animatronic stuffed animals! WRONG on too many levels! the worst part is clicking through the cameras, you know something is going to jump out at you but you’re never fully prepared for it…how dumb yet clever is that?!?! It’s kinda silly to be scared of something you know is coming but none the less I jump twenty feet with each camera click!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      • Nat

LOLZ! I know! They did such a good job on the scares. Especially with the fox (won’t say more in case you haven’t seen that part)! 😀

        • Isabella Muse

an excellent job!!!!!!! you mean when he suddenly pops into the room?!?! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

          • Nat

YES! First if you bring up the camera in time you see him just CHARGING up the hallway towards you and hear his running footsteps, so GD scary! 😀

          • Isabella Muse

my strategy usually consists of not overly checking the cams but have had him pop into the door way! I missed the running up the hallway boooo! I try to just flick the lights off and on and check the camera like twice at most during the night. If I over check I start to get mega nervous and start over using power!

Hahaha Muse, I’m the exact opposite. I hate the blood and gore but I love having the crap scared out of me. I get a sick rush out of it. Every time there is a scene in a scary movie that freaks me out, my hubby terrorizes me with some demonic setup. Like footprints made out of flour throughout the house, or a prop ghost outside my bedroom door. He wakes up earlier than me so when I get up and open the door BAM! Something terrifying waiting for me LOL!!! I always scream, then swear, then start laughing my butt off. Yeah we’re weirdos but it works 😀

    • Isabella Muse

oh I’m all for the adrenaline rush of being scared but I swear I HATE that feeling of something jumping out at me 😀 LOL!!!!!! awww he sounds awesome! now that’s a relationship, the family that scares together, stays together hahaha!

    • Nat

Angel, you might like “The Fourth Kind”; have you seen it? I had to call my husband and make him come home because it scared me so much, lolz! 😀

      • Angel

Haha Nat! Yes, I have seen it! There were some very creepy scenes in that movie. The movies that seem like they could be real scare me the most. Like the first Paranormal Activity…I couldn’t sleep for days. That is so funny you made your hubby come home, I can relate. What a good guy for doing it 🙂
