Wen Fall Tuscan Pear Cleansing Conditioner Review
Wen Fall Tuscan Pear Cleansing Conditioner is the newest fragrance that Wen launched for Fall 2014. As a lover of last year’s Fall Apple Spice I must admit I was excited about the launch of the Fall Tuscan Pear Cleansing Conditioner and ordered it immediately when it launched on QVC.
The Wen Fall Tuscan Pear Cleansing Conditioner actually disappointed me. Since it is a Fall scented I thought it would be warmer with a hint of spice but this is a light, crisp slightly sweet pear fragrance. It kinda reminded me of cucumber on some levels….! Le sigh! I dunno why but I just assumed they might add a bit of warmth to the fragrance. Released as a Summer fragrance I might have raved it but as a Fall one I was a little disappointed.
On the upside I am happy with the formula. Sometimes I find that the seasonal fragrances are a little heavier and don’t rinse out well but this had a nice thick, creamy consistency that still washed easily out of my hair without any fuss.
If you’ve never a cleansing conditioner they are fab for longer wavy or curly, drier hair types. Simply wet your hair, pump two to five pumps into your hands, smooth it into your hair and use a wide tooth comb if possible to comb it through your locks. Now leave it in for five to ten minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water! And you’re done! No need to shampoo as the cleansing conditioner acts to cleanse and condition hair. I do find cleansing conditioners add a good deal of build up to hair so you’ll want to clarify hair at the end of the week to detox hair and rinse away silicones!
All in all I thought Went Fall Tuscan Pear a little uneventful but the good news is that QVC also brought back Fall Apple Spice and Ginger Pumpkin which were two great fragrances for Fall so if I review didn’t really excite you about the pear you can at the least indulge in the other fragrances which I did love!
Tried Fall Tuscan Pear?
