Wet n Wild Senorita Megaslicks Balm Stain Moisturizing Lip Color is a new, limited edition shade that launched with the Enchanting Halloween Looks by Wet n Wild for Fall 2014.
Actually the collection has a few shades of limited edition Wet n Wild Megaslicks Balm Stain Moisturizing Lip Color so if you’re a fan of these chubby pencils get to Walgreens to check out the new shades!
For now let’s take a peek at the Senorita shade!
Wet n Wild Megaslicks Balm Stain was released for Spring 2014 and at a price of $2.99 they are one of the cheaper chubby lip pencils you’re bound to find at the drugstores (NYC City Proof Twistable Intense Lip Color is the other).

The original permanent collection included six shades but for Halloween we’re seeing three limited edition shades. Wet n Wild Senorita Megaslicks Balm Stain happens to be one of those limited edition shades. This is a chubby, twist up lip pencil so no sharpener is needed. The formula does not have a flavor or fragrance that I detect.
I find the formula most resembles Hard Candy All Glossed Up Hydrating Lip Stain and Jordana Twist & Shine Moisturizing Balm Stain as all three have the same lighter, thinner formula with a nice slick glide on lips but none of the balminess I see from pencils by Tarte, Revlon, Covergirl, and Clinique. None of the shades I tried in the pass not this new shade has any shimmer or sparkle but the finish does have a very nice sheen with fairly excellent full color pigmentation. I find the formula wears for about three hours and leaves a staining effect that wears for about hour after they initially lose intensity.
Wet n Wild Senorita Megaslicks Balm Stain is quite a lovely shade. This is warmer red with a nice high sheen finish on my lips.
If you’re a fan of the Megaslicks Balm Stain formula I’m sure the release of limited edition shades is exciting! Personally I’d recommend Senorita as a pick up! It’s a great Fall shade that will work well into Winter for Holiday looks and at this price, well, it goes without saying it’s a cheap thrill!
