Mally Beauty Fearless Collection Review & Swatches1

The new Mally Beauty Fearless Collection and Tote is a new QVC Collection that features six full size Mally Beauty makeup products housed in a very cute tote! My sister was looking this over yesterday and ended up ordering two for Holiday gifts.

It’s a really nice set as it’s a great intro to Mally makeup products or an easy way to replenish some of your favs plus it’ll only set you back $50 which rounds out each product inside to a mere $10 bucks before shipping!

The Mally Beauty Fearless Collection includes:

  • Age Rebel Shadow Stick in Rose Quartz
  • Age Rebel Shadow Stick in Smoky Quartz
  • Evercolor Automatic Waterproof Eyeliner in Black Navy
  • Volumizing Mascara in Black
  • Perfect Prep Under Eye Brightener in Lighter
  • High Shine Liquid Lipstick in Epic Pink
  • Mally Be Fierce, Be Free, Be Fearless Tote Bag

The set comes housed in a very large pretty canvas tote with the words “Be Fierce, Be Free, Be Fearless” on pink on the front!

I’m happy to say this contains not one but two full size Age Rebel Shadow Sticks. I LOVE these things and have compared them to Laura Mercier Caviar Eye Sticks in the past. They have a super creamy texture with an easy to blend formula. They set to a budge, crease-free finish on my drier eyes so I can get super long wear from them without worrying about them creasing. I love the Smoky Quartz shade in the set as it’s a rather stunning way to get an easy smoked out eye look. For my eyes below I used a tiny bit of Rose Quartz on the inner corner of my eye and sheered out Smoky Quartz on the outer v and into the crease.

You also get Mally’s Perfect Prep Under Eye Brightener in the Lighter shade. This is a butter yellow shade that can be used under eyes and in the eye sockets to create the appearance of a more wide away you. It applies pigment but it actually sheers out considerably. I didn’t like it when I originally tried it back in 2012 but it’s a product I find myself reaching for more often than not. It cannot be used in place of concealer! You want to apply your concealer first and follow up by either gently pressing this under your eyes and blend out or getting a smaller blending brush and blending it into your eye sockets. It has a very hydrating feel but application can be messy so build slowly. It actually creates a very nice, brightening effect if you take proper care to use it correctly!

Another product I ADORE that’s included in this set is Mally High Shine Liquid Lipstick. Nobody does liquid lipstick better than Mally. Girl has it down right. This is a thicker hybrid formula that’s has the consistency of a gloss and the color pay off of a lipstick. It comes in a click pen with an attached brush for application. No matter what shade you get in this formula it’s ALWAYS pigmented. The Epic Pink shade included with the set is a medium bright pink with opaque coverage on a single layer. It has a very strong glossy finish that’s truly stunning! I’ve raved Mally’s High Shine Liquid Lipstick in the past and to this day it remains a fond favorite.

To complete your look you have Mally’s Evercolor Automatic Waterproof Eyeliner as well as her Volumizing Mascara. I didn’t actually like the liner. Typically Mally’s liners are incredibly creamy and long wearing on my eyes but this was a matte liner and it seemed to drag as I applied and had a drier texture. It also failed to work on my waterline so I was fairly disappointed. Perhaps it’s a fluke because I’ve never met a Mally Eyeliner I didn’t like! Her Volumizing Mascara is quite great though! It provides fantastic length and lends a nice lush, full look to lashes.

Needless to say the Mally Beauty Fearless Collection is a great deal! It’s even available on an installment plan which allows you to get it home for $12.37 (plus shipping) and another three payments of $12.7 over the next three months.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Hi Muse!!! How does the Smoky Quartz Shadow stick compare to Laura Mercier’s Caviar stick in Amethyst? I just bought the LM caviar stick holiday kit from Sephora!

I think Laura’s version has more of a mauve-brown tone, this has a smokier purplish brown. Hope that makes sense? They are actually quite similar but Laura’s is a touch darker!

I remember watching QVC/HSN and I always wanted to try Mally out especially the eyeshadow sticks, these look so much better than MACS!!
