The Skin Food Arrives at the Palisades Mall

Skin Food Store

Every year I head to see an interactive showing of Rocky Horror Show with friends. This year we went Saturday night and Jai, my best friend, needed a few things for his costume so we decided we’d meet up at the Palisades Mall really early to grab what he needed.

Needless to say I was very excited to see a section of boarded off at the Mall which stated a “Skin Food Store” would be arriving soon. Seriously we have two stores in New York for the Skin Food, one on Northern Blvd (my friend Angel has a game store in the area and whenever I visit him I make sure I go to the Skin Food Store) and one in Roosevelt Ave but both locations (if you drive) are very, very busy and high traffic. It’s a chore to go to Flushing even though I head down as often as I can for the good eats (the best bowls of ramen can be found in Queens).

I think it’s way easier to head to Rockland! Less traffic, plenty more traffic, etc…!

It’s quite exciting news and I thought I’d share it with my fellow Korean skincare lovers and New Yorkers.

I have no idea the exact date it’ll be opening but I hope it’ll be November or at least by December!

Happy Shopping Skin Food Lovers!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. OMG no way!! I love Skin Food and hate having to order it from Korea…takes too long. My husband’s parents live on Long Island near Flushing and I was planning on making the trip at some point soon when we visit them. But Palisades is waway closer since I’m a little more upstate. Yay!!

I’m sooo jealous that you guys have 3! They should put a store somewhere in the Midwest. There’s enough Asians here! Maybe Minneapolis or St. Paul. They are my absolute favorite brand for face washes, masks, and nail polish. It would be amazing if I didn’t have to wait 3 weeks for shipping.
