MAC Kinky Lipglass Review & Swatches

MAC Kinky Lipglass is a new, limited edition MAC Lipglass that was created in collaboration with Kinky Boots the Broadway play! The MAC Kinky Lipglass release couldn’t come at a better time as it’s a rather gorgeous sparkling Holiday red lipgloss.

MAC describes Kinky Lipglass ($15) as a sheer red with multidimensional glitter. Tell me about it. Whoa does this have some sparkle going on. User beware as well after the gloss wears away you’ll have a ton of left over glitter on your lips. The glitter is annoying but I’ll deal with it because this color is so much!

I find the shade can be applied with a good deal of tint or sheered out. Although it has tons of glitter in it didn’t feel gritty or uncomfortable during application or wear. The color applied evenly and the glitter didn’t fall into my natural lip lines. The gloss is tacky and sticky as all Liplasses are but this allows it to wear a nice four hours on me before fading and leaving behind a good deal of shimmer.

It wears like a sparkling cherry red on my lips with two layers applied and looks particularly beautiful over red lipstick!
