Sonia Kashuk The Golden Age Brush Set Review

Sonia Kashuk The Golden Age Brush Set with Clutch ($19.99) is a new, limited edition four piece makeup brush set that launched with the Sonia Kashuk Holiday 2014 that’s available now at Target.

I have yet to meet a set of Sonia Kashuk Makeup Brushes I don’t like! And of course this new gorgeous set is just as lovely.

This stylish little makeup brush sets comes housed in a black with gold accents makeup bag which features two zip case compartments with gold tassel zipper pulls. The nice thing about the case is it’s small yet can hold a good deal of makeup. The two zippered compartments look like they are one but they are actually two separate pouches so you can use one side to store makeup and the other to store your brushes should you like.

The set comes with a fluffy powder brush that can easily double up as a blush brush as well as a fiber eyeshadow brush, angeled eye brush, and a smudge brush. The are black with gold accents and have a nice weight to them giving them an expensive feel and look. I had no issues with shedding and the bristles are quite soft on the brushes and their shape remains in tact after three washings I put them through.

I wish the price was set at $14.99, a little shave off of $5 would make it a nice beauty budget price but really, at $19.99, you likely won’t find such a high end looking brush set that brings quality and stylish elegance to the table!
