Kat Von D Shade + Light Contour Palette

Contouring seems to be a hit for Spring beauty looks so this new Kat Von D Shade + Light Contour Palette arrives just in time to take the trend on!

The Kat Von D Shade + Light Contour Palette ($46) is a new permanent palette featuring three contouring shades as well as three highlighting ones.

The palette makes shading an effortless taste giving you the tools to sculpt, chisel, shape, while slenderizing your features for enhanced definition. Unlike traditional bronzing powders, the Shade & Light Contour Palette is loaded with a unique selection of matte shades that capture the true hues of shadow and light. The three contour shades create realistic shadows to recede facial features, while the three highlight shades impart a soft luminosity to amplify dimension.

Includes:
Shade Powder: Sombre (true taupe), Shadowplay (soft brown), Subconscious (deep brown)
Light Powder: Lucid (pinkish nude), Lyric (yellow beige), Levitation (soft peach)
Step-by step guide

The Kat Von D Shade + Light Contour Palette is available now at Sephora and Sephora.com.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I so want to pick this up! Seems great for darker skin tones. I heard whispers there’s going to be a set with a brush?

    Looks nice, I want it!
I don’t know if has something to do with affiliate links but would be so much better if you link things to the product instead of a general page. Its kinda bad have to look for things on the website. I’m just a regular visitor and I notice you do this in a bunch of posts :/

This looks so nice but I think it’d be too dark for my fair skin. If not for that, I bet it would double as a matte eyeshadow palette!

I’m with you on using it for a matte eyeshadow….I just can’t see brushing different shades of brown around on my face. But these look like they’d be great for the eyes unless they say to definitely not use them in that area.

I’m fair, too, and I’m thinking too dark and maybe too orange. It would be a nice eye palette. Good thinking.
