Laura Mercier Watercolor Mist Eye & Cheek Palette

The new Laura Mercier Watercolor Mist Eye & Cheek Palette for Spring 2015 is a perfect mix of light pastel shades for the upcoming warm weather. Yeah, right, warm weather feels far, far away but hey you can at least inject a little Spring into your looks with this little palette!

Inspired by calm, serenity shades this palette contains two soft cheek colors and six light shades of shadow!

Shades include:

  • Mist Eyeshadow
  • Fog Eyeshadow
  • Storm Eyeshadow
  • Wind Eyeshadow
  • Purple Rain Eyeshadow
  • Cloud Eyeshadow
  • Sunset Cheek Color
  • Earth Cheek Color

For some reason the Watercolor Mist Eye & Cheek Palette is giving me a case of deja vu! It looks like something Laura released in the past.

What do you think?

I can’t pull of pastels so well. I swear I used to convince myself I totally looked amazing in them but it was a case denial about how truly washed out they made me look!

But hey, I don’t mind looking at the pretty!

The Laura Mercier Watercolor Mist Eye & Cheek Palette is $58 and available now at Nordstrom.com.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. They look pretty but I am so envious every spring when the pastels come out because I can’t wear them. For me pastel translates to chalky. Very pretty colors.

same here, I used to convince myself I was totally looking good in pastels, yeah, not so much 🙂 haha!

This looks totally gorgeous but I will wait for the reviews as I also fear chalkiness!!

I want to like this palette, but I was thinking they look like gloomy, rainy versions of pastels. Then I actually looked at the names of the colors. Not what I want when dreaming of warm days.

These are so much better than Easter Egg pastels. I worry that the three blue-gray shades might be too similar on the skin. I’d to see swatches.
