About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I finally found these lipsticks at CVS last week. Can’t wait to start trying them out!

I love the bright pink on top! I am glad they finally have some new colors. Can’t wait to check them out!

Muse will you be swatching these? Very pretty but I’m not sure they’ll work on me.

Wow. That’s a bucketload of pink. Wish there was a dusky pink or mauve in the mix. I have the dark, berry red they introduced late last year. It was in that limited edition run with the constellation liners. I like it a lot. It’s definitely matte, but not super drying. Hope they do some more colors in the future.

yeah those were intensely dry imho! nice shades, but very dry so I worry these are the same Angel!

I got all these at my local walgreens….the blissful shade is a mauve pink. I love them all. Passion and orchid are my faves….they are like macs lipstick , smell yummy!!

picked up 2 of these today and im liking them so far. i got matte glam & matte blissful and i like that they feel really light on my lips, very similar in feel to the maybelline creamy mattes. wear time was a good 5 hours, with a lot of drinking water during that time. 🙂

i might go back for 2 more –maybe the darker nude one and a bright pink.

Matte Confident is the PERFECT red! It looks and feels like velvet! I LOVE Matte Glam as well. Once applied it is much richer and deeper than it seems in the tube. I have trouble with nude lipsticks, I always seem to look washed out but Matte Naked gives a very natural lip color. Not too beige with a hint of pink. These are selling out quickly so I recommend grabbing them when you can.
