About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. That’s weird…maybe the Foot Smoother is just new to the states, because I bought mine at a Sephora in Canada a few years ago! It’s not very good. 🙁

I need a vibrating makeup sponge, if only for the novelty factor. Just read your review of the Anime sponge and cracked up – THAT’s why I want it, to take on nights out ROFL.

“plus you know you like looking at all the gross shavings kinda makes your day special right?”

Thank you for acknowledging this simple truth.

JMO but I would say NO to the pedi egg. I used to have one a long time ago and swear it really messed up my feet. Now I won’t lie, it could have been the peri-menapause that dried out my heels and made my feet crack and bleed but I don’t think shaving the dry off helped. THank God I’m through that now but since I stopped using the aggressive egg and keep it more to cream and socks and a pumice style buffer, my feet are definitely happier.
Like I said, this is just my opionion and everyone needs to see what works for them. BUT, if you find you are using this product and your feet aren’t getting better? STOP.
ok, off my high horse now. LMAO. HOpe I helped someone.

As a fellow concealer junkie, I bought a Sephora concealer cream the other day after sampling it in the store but wasn’t sure how it would perform IRL. Well, let me tell you, I love it! It’s pretty decent coverage and doesn’t crease or fade off. I’m really satisfied with it.
I also got one of their lipsticks in a shade called “Fever” which is a sort of natural looking but bright pink and I like it so much I think I’m going to go hoard a backup pretty soon on that one!
