ELF Disney Jasmine A Whole New World Lip Collection

The E.L.F. Disney Jasmine A Whole New World Lip Collection is a new Jasmine and Aladdin inspired lip collection that’s launching with the new E.L.F. Disney Jasmine Makeup Collection for Spring 2015.

The E.L.F. Disney Jasmine A Whole New World Lip Collection is a lot like the recently released E.L.F. Disney Ariel Go On and Kiss the Girl as both come with two E.L.F. Super Glossy Lip Shines and an E.L.F. Lip Stain Pen.

Take a look!

The E.L.F. Disney Jasmine A Whole New World Lip Collection ($5) contains two E.L.F. Essential Super Glossy Lip Shines and an E.L.F. Essential Lip Stain in decorative, limited edition packaging. I think with many of the Disney Collection that E.L.F. does a majority of the time the outer box is cuter than the actual packaging of the products. The gloss tubes and stain pen have a gold flame or a floral design (to me it looks like a flame) with gold accents but the actual outer box features Jasmine’s profile which I thought would have looked lovely on the actual product!

The glosses are not named but do have a number of 77507 1# and #2. Since E.L.F. does in fact reference numbers (and names) on their site I had a quick peek to see if these shades are available outside the kit and it doesn’t appear they are but I can’t say for a fact these aren’t already available as they might be renumbered on site as 77507 2# does look like the shade Strawberry on E.L.F.’s site. The stain pen does have a name and it’s called Fuchsia Fusion and is available outside this set on E.L.F.’s website. Purchasing the two glosses and stain pen would be $6 so you’re getting a dollar off by buying the set and also getting the special limited edition packaging.

I tried E.L.F. Super Glossy Lip Shine for the first time with the Ariel set and really liked it. It’s very thick, VERY thick with a super mirror finish shine that has a tacky, sticky feel on lips with quite a nice moist, comfortable wear. The glosses both offer excellent opaque color and have a strong sweet grape taste flavor and fragrance and wear for around three hours.

The E.L.F. Essential Lip Stain Pen is a felt tip marker stain wear time of around three hours although it is quite drying during that time. The tip pf the pen is a bit dried out out of the box so I imagine give or take a few uses and it’ll dry out completely. The color is nice to wear under the glosses to intensify colors (but you really don’t have to considerably how pigmented the glosses are all their own).

I’m not sure the shades in this set remind me of Jasmine but if you’re a Disney fan or an Aladdin one I’m sure you’ll think it’s cute! I like the Super Glossy Lipgloss range a lot and the addition of Disney packaging definitely makes them even more appealing!

The E.L.F. Disney Jasmine A Whole New World Lip Collection is available now at Walgreens or grab it online at drugstore.com.

Super cute and really pretty pics Muse. Nice colors. I found some Brazilian makeup company on Instagram the other day that is selling Villains kits kind of like the ELF ones from the past couple years. The name started with a V and I couldn’t find them on evilbay. They had slim eyeshadow palettes and one that had a lipstick and gloss. I think I saved a pic, I’ll tag you with it.

hey Angel delayed reply thanks girl 🙂 OMG send me a pic I didn’t see a tag!

Hey Muse! I recently reviewed this set also and found that, aside from being dying, the pen stain also had a surprisingly tacky texture. I’m not a fan of marker-type stains in the first place but this one was definitely unpleasant. I was also wondering if you had any issues with the red gloss as far as opacity and settling; mine sheered out more than I expected and settled into lip lines in no time.
I was a huge fan of the mauve-pink gloss, though! It was nicely pigmented, flattering, and even nicely hydrating.

    Wonderful review as always!

hey andrew! Sorry delayed reply my dear. I didn’t have tackiness thankfully and it only settles into the natural lip lines when I my lips are dry! Dry using a little lip balm before applying 🙂 aw thanks mister, glad you enjoyed the review!

Aladdin is one of my favorite Disney movies together with Beauty and the Beast, so yeah, the little girl in me totally wants this set 🙂
