Chloe Love Story Eau de Parfum

Ahhh Chloe Love Story Eau de Parfum! A most fitting fragrance today as I’m feeling a little lovie! We all have those dreams of happily ever after, those fantasies of the perfect love story, could be the Prince on his white steed come to whisk you away to a land far, far away. As for me, my fantasies include a mad man in a little blue box. Or, at the very least, some dorky guy like myself who I can enjoy the simple things with even if he can’t travel through all of time and space, I’ll settle!

Chloe Love Story Eau de Parfum brings together romantic florals with seductive fresh notes to create a timeless fragrance that evokes love, romance, and little blue boxes.

Chloe Love Story joined the house of Chloe earlier this Fall and is inspired by love padlocks on the bridge of Pont des Arts. This inspiration translates to the bottle itself which is a cut crystal square shape that has a lock like topper.

The face of the perfume is French actress Clémence Poésy aka Fleur Delacour for the Potterheads out there.

Let’s take a look at this fine fragrance and see what the scoop is!

I must admit that Chloe Love will forever remain my favorite fragrance from Chloe but I still rejoice in every new addition that comes out.

Chloe Love Story is a fresh white floral that at first mist has a slight grapefruit note that dries down to a bright neroli note. The scent diffuses quickly as it dries down and notes of of jasmine and physalis come out to play giving the fragrance a little hint of sexiness. The note of jasmine kinda makes me feel like I’m at a wedding as it has that unusual wedding bouquet type of dry down but even deeper into the wear you’ll find cedarwood warms the blend up and gives a woodsy edge to the final set.

Anytime I wear a Chloe fragrance it does evoke the spirit of romance……! It’s like a sunny day in the park with your favorite boy! Green grass, blue skies, the warm of his hand in your own! Chloe Love Story is the perfect light Spring fragrance but don’t let the lighter floral notes fool you as this has a beautiful linger scent with excellent throw and wear.

Evoke Spring and romance with this gorgeous fragrance!

Chloe Love Story is available now on counters or grab it at Sephora, Sephora.com, Ulta, and Ulta.com.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Ok totally off topic, but I just realize I need a dress just like Jenna’s!– that checkered tartan blue/brown dress is so cute!

I really like Oscar de la Renta’s new perfume called Flor. I had my boyfriend smell Chloe Love Story and Flor, and he honestly liked Chloe Love Story. I’m glad I didn’t buy Flor, as it didn’t last very long on my skin when I sprayed it at the store. This perfume is so sensual as is the original, how could you not love it?

I have not tried Flor yet but hear great things! I agree this is really soft and pretty 🙂

Can’t wait to smell this, I usually like Chloe’s fragrances. Have you tried See by Chloe? it’s one of my favorite scents.
