Wet n Wild Camouflage Couture Photo Focus Eyeshadow Palette is a new Spring 2015 Photo Focus Eyeshadow Palette that launched with the Wet n Wild Fergie Centerstage Makeup Collection. Wet n Wild has done quite a few shade selections in the Photo Focus Eyeshadow range the first of which weren’t terribly good in my opinion but have since improved considerably with the new colors that have been introduced.

Although many do not say limited edition I notice that they’ll pop up seasonally and disappear when new ones launch the next season. For example, Wet n Wild Camouflage Couture Photo Focus Eyeshadow Palette says “new” but it’ll likely not be around long but may be repromoted at some point in the future. So I don’t take these newer shades for granted. If you like them, buy two, because chances are, at some point, it will disappear.

If you love greens I think you’ll be quite happy with the Wet n Wild Camouflage Couture Photo Focus Eyeshadow Palette!

The Wet n Wild Camouflage Couture Photo Focus Eyeshadow Palette is $4.99 and includes five shades of color. This is a beautiful selection of greens so you’re getting pretty shades of olive green, hunter, and forest greens with gold accents.

The shades are nicely pigmented with a soft texture unlike the original Photo Focus Eyeshadow Palettes which were drier and denser. The formula is powdery with a good deal of shimmery fall out unfortunately but I was very willing to put up with it as I thought the shade selection was rather gorgeous. The gold accent shade located in the middle of the palette is particularly crumbly and with a good deal of fall out so you’ll want to pat this gently onto your lids to avoid having shimmer fall all over your eyes and face.

The colors wear strongly. I didn’t have issues with them fading or creasing and although there’s a lot of fall out to contend with they still blend well and easily together without creating a muddy mess. Some of the colors are even quite velvety but still there’s a good deal of chunky shimmer to deal with.

Wet n Wild Camouflage Couture Photo Focus Eyeshadow Palette isn’t without its faults but I still think the texture, formula, and even the pigment are way better than what I’ve seen from the Photo Focus Palettes on the original release. If Wet n Wild continues to improve on the formula, I will surely continue to buy these palettes because they seem to be making a good effort!
