Try a New Luxury Fragrance for Spring
Salvatore Ferragamo Emozione, Elie Saab Le Parfum Resort Collection, and Issey Miyake L’Eau d’Issey City Blossom are three new luxury fragrances for Spring that might capture your eye!
I don’t know why but I’ve been on an utter fragrance kick lately and have been stocking up new favorites for Spring and swamping out my warmer, richer perfumes for more citrus-y lighter smelling fragrances!
Let’s take a look at these three (Pssttt I’m obsessed with Emozione! So sophisticated and complex!).
Issey Miyake L’Eau d’Issey City Blossom $100
Issey brings us a newly packaged, limited edition version of his original L’Eau d’Issey from 1992! The new flank bottle has a pink floral design that evokes the Japanese sakura to me! This one is a fresh, flirty little floral with citrus-y notes twisted together with pink pepper and delicate white petals, freesia, and magnolia! A little bit of warm is injected in the fragrance with the addition of white mush and cedar making for a perfect fresh Spring fragrance!
Salvatore Ferragamo Emozione $119
Emozione was created with a more mature women in mind and indeed, it is a mature, sophisticated, and elegant fragrance. I’m typically a “fun” fragrance type of girl so this is for sure my “I’m a grown up” fragrance. It opens with a beautiful powdery note that reminds me of an expensive powder compact! As it sets woodsy notes come out with notes of soft musky florals. Truly Emozione embodies the worldliness with a charming mix of notes that makes the wearer feel empowered and quite sexy!
Elie Saab Le Parfum Resort Collection $98
For 2015, Elie Saab has launched a limited edition Resort Collection perfume that’s a take on the original 2011 La Parfum launch. This is inspired by the reflection of the sun in the water and contains a complexion mix of fig, orange blossom, and jasmine which gives the wear a fruity yet very luxurious layer of fragrance making a quintessential fragrance for the warm days of Spring and Summer!
