Harmon Return Policy Changes
As of April 20th the Harmon Return Policy has changed! Harmon’s used to take returns without an original receipt but starting in April they want you to have your original receipt in order to get a refund.
If you lose your receipt they’ll still offer a refund but it will be 20% off the selling price of the item. They can actually use the credit card you used to make a purchase to look it up if you do lose your receipt so long as the purchase within the last 365 days!
So if you’re anything like me and you kinda toss receipts willy nilly on your desk or into the bottom of your bag do BEWARE because you’ll be suffering a 20% cut off the item you return without it!
