Kiko Glassy Lipgloss Review & Swatches
I recently picked up Kiko Glassy Lipgloss on sale at the new Kiko Milano Cosmetics store in the Palisades Mall. I believe I paid $7.70 for this lipgloss as it was on clearance in a bin located at the front of the store.
Best deal ever peeps as I really like this formula!
As you from my prior beauty news post, Kiko has opened up a store in the Palisades Mall here in New York. Yay, so great we now have access to Kiko so easily as this Italian brand isn’t easy to come by online.
Kiko Glassy Lipgloss is available in five shade selections and comes housed in a mirrored barrel tube that holds 0.13 oz of product. There’s a clear window located on the side of the packaging which allows you to see the color inside the tube. You probably noticed that the packaging quite resembles Shu Tint in Gelato Lip and Cheek Color! I like the packaging, it’s elegant, it’s modern, and no one would ever guess you paid under ten bucks for it. Just another reason I love International beauty so much!

The applicator inside is a paddle foot sponge that saturates well with color and spreads product more easily in my opinion than a doe foot. The gloss does taste and smell like sweet orange, it kinda reminds me of baby aspirin.
I find the texture resembles a variety of different Korean glosses I own. It’s a watery gel-like consistency that applies easily onto lips with a slippery, lightly hydrating feel that wears comfortably lightweight and doesn’t have a sticky, tacky finish. It provides a nice flush of color on lips with a high shine and a wear of about two hours. It tends to fade quickly due to the watery texture of the gloss so don’t expect a massive wear time. But during the wear it leaves my lips pleasantly moist with a nice shiny finish and a pretty tint. I picked up the shade Clever Coral and I kinda regret not grabbing a few of the other shades they had as this is a nice quick swipe and go gloss!
If you have a Kiko Cosmetics store in your area you might want to track this one down! Kiko Glassy Lipgloss has a shorter wear but the formula is quite nice for such a budget friendly price adding color, shine, and moisture to lips!
