Marc Jacobs Beauty Re(Marc)able Full Coverage Foundation Concentrate

Marc Jacobs Beauty Re(Marc)able Full Coverage Foundation Concentrate ($48) super concentrated foundation arriving for Fall 2015 that provides full coverage wear. Looks like the Cover FX Custom Cover Drops might be coming full circle so can we expect more foundation concentrates like these for Fall?

Let’s take a look at the Marc Jacobs formula!

Marc Jacobs Beauty Re(Marc)able Full Coverage Foundation Concentrate is promoted as an lightweight foundation that provides 24 full hours of wear and full coverage. It’s an oil-free formula that contains twice the amount of pigment as many full coverage foundation yet still keeps it’s light, seamless finish.

Its apparently enriched with Marc Jacobs patented golden pigments that are wrapped in lecithin”an ingredient thats biochemically similar to skin which provides a smooth, soft matte finish.

Unlike Cover FX’s formula this doesn’t have to be mixed with moisturizer, serum, etc…you can drop a small amount onto the back of your hand, swirl your brush into it, and apply!

Count me curious!

Marc Jacobs Beauty Re(Marc)able Full Coverage Foundation Concentrate is available now at Sephora.com.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I’m curious as well. I’m surprised the price is not higher. Will have to look for this. Full matte coverage and lightweight sounds like a nice combo for me. 🙂

i read the headline as *refillable*

this is why i’m not let out by myself often.

I dont think its available in Sephora or Sephora.com right now, they put it on the site just to peak interest but they havent officially released it yet….

  • Genevieve

This looks really good – I hope they have a huge range of shades.

  • Tara

I am so excited to try this foundation. I have very oily skin with pigmentation and haven’t found a lightweight full coverage foundation that stays put for more than 4 hours this summer 🙁

  • Char

I called Sephora customer service and they said this foundation won’t be released until August. Do you think the representative made a mistake and it’ll be released in a few days??

    • Isabella Muse

CS is notorious for giving wrong info! Could be August in store but online I imagine it’ll be shortly for VIB/Rouge members likely first and all other soon after!

  • Char

I really hope CS is wrong! Hopefully it’s released in the next few days for VIB/Rouge members because I’m so impatient :). The description of this foundation makes it sound like perfection.

  • Tara

I called today and the CS person I spoke with told me there are no confirmed dates, just “fall”. which would be so sad if they waited till Sept or something….
I am not the biggest fan of the Sephora website teases where they list products that we can’t get yet 🙁
crossing my fingers because my old favorite foundation got reformulated!!!

  • Char

It is now available on the website!! Well on the Sephora Canada website, so I assume on the U.S. website as well. Just placed my order. 🙂
