Was just at Target and they had allll the summer line cleared out. Can’t WAIT for these to arrive!

I always love SK’s packaging! I can’t wait to see these popping up in my Target. Quality wise, how are SK’s shadows? Dusty? Powdery? That’s really the only thing of hers I haven’t tried. Love the brushes and lippies!

  • Dania

Oh dear…I know for sure I want some of the lippies, and I am lusting after the loose powder…that face palette looks pretty good too…ugh

  • Laura

!!!!! I’m so excited!!!! Fall collections are my KRYPTONITE! Also anything described as rose gold. That powder will be mine. And the lippies, all of it 😀

  • Rachel R.

That plaid design is so cute. I love most of her makeup, too. Good stuff.

  • Melissa

I wish the palette didn’t have so much unused space. Make it more compact or put more in it. That being said, I’m really excited to learn more about that loose powder highlighter. The drugstore needs better highlighters and SK tends to deliver.

P.S. I got the liquid lipstick in Vintage Wine. It’s VERY pigmented and just the tiniest drop colors my lips. It’s smooth and comfortable/hydrating to wear. Now I want to check out the other color, too. I’m pretty much over it with matte lips, but the colors are awfully pretty.

  • Belle

I got the palette as soon as it was available, and I have to say that it makes a really pretty, berry wine face! I don’t usually wear noticeable colors, but this looked really great. The formula worked well for me too and was pigmented.

I picked up the loose powder and the kabuki brush as well, but I haven’t used either. Sadly, I got the matte lipsticks and hated them. They were thick and pasty looking on my lips, and Crushed Petal was an unflattering color for me, sigh.

I’d love to get the nail polish and the gloss at some point too 🙂

I love the seasonal packaging of the SK makeup line. Her makeup brushes and cosmetic bags are to die for. I have to really practice restraint with purchasing more bags and/or brushes, as I already have a pretty huge collection. The matte lipstick colors above look absolutely gorgeous! Muse, have you tried the matte lipsticks yet? I’ve had problems in the past with the quality of her eyeshadows (too chalky, a lot of fall-out), but then again I’ve been spoiled with the quality eyeshadows of Tarte, Urban Decay, and Lorac. For a drugstore brand you can’t beat SK.

likewise Sammy 🙂 The matte lipsticks are quite lovely, I have a review upcoming today on those 🙂 Her eyeshadow it really depends for me, sometimes they are good other times not so much!
