Pur Minerals Eye Polish Pure Pigment Eye Primer

I’m having a love affair with Pur Minerals Lip Lure at the moment (review coming later tonight) so I think next up I’ll be checking out these new Pur Minerals Eye Polish Pure Pigment Eye Primer + Top Coat Eyeshadows! They look pretty innovative.

Jump ahead for more details!

Pur Minerals Eye Polish Pure Pigment Eye Primer + Top Coat might look like the Stila Got Inked Cushion Eye Liner that launched with the Stila Fall 2015 Collection and maybe even a little bit light the Etude House Cushion Lock ‘n Liner but these are a completely DIFFERENT ball game as they are eyeshadows not eyeliners!

Available in six shades this little shadows prep, prime and add pure pigmented color to lids. They are formulated with a long wearing eyeshadow base so they provide all day wear without creasing and give your peeps a luminous metallic pop color that you can use alone or layered with your favorite eyeshadows!

As you can see they come housed in a tiny pot with a mesh overlay much like the popular cushion makeup you’re seeing from Korean that’s infiltrated the US market! Interesting right?

Shades include:

  • Satin (champagne pink)
  • Suede (chocolate brown)
  • Cashmere (gold champagne)
  • Velvet (royal purple)
  • Caviar (khaki green)
  • Silk (copper)

I have to try these ASAP! The formula look pretty interesting.

What do you think?

The Pur Minerals Eye Polish Pure Pigment Eye Primer + Top Coat Eyeshadows are available now at Ulta and Ulta.com.

Dang, I will have to see if my local drugstore gets these soon! They look really interesting!

They look interesting but it’s hard to imagine something with a liquidy texture (which I’m assuming these have) being pigmented enough to work as an eyeshadow.Foundation, yes. Blush, yes. Eyeliner, well, it depends on how liquidy it is. But eyeshadow? Hmmm, Maybe I’ve just become too accustomed to cream products and how they perform. Anxiously awaiting your review on these!

These look very interesting: I liked to see the khaki and gold champagne colours – I think they would be beautiful.
