Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Cheek Flush

As predicted by yours truly here are the new Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Cheek Flush ($5.99) Blush which are arriving at drugstores shortly (they’ll be available at Harmons as of Friday) or if you can’t wait you can get them now at Target.com.

It does NOT surprise me in the least that Maybelline is extending their “Baby” Makeup Collection to include blushes as they already have Baby Lips Lip Balm, Baby Lips Lipgloss, Baby Skin Primer, and of course, in Asia they have Baby Lip Candy Wow Lip Pencils.

In 2013, Revlon Baby Stick for Lips and Cheeks arrived and I thought sure Maybelline would introduce a similar product soon after but that never happened. Now with the insta-success of all the Baby products they’ve been launching particularly their range of Baby Lips Lip products, it doesn’t come as a surprise the decided to do something for cheeks!

Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Cheek Flush are shaped like an EOS Lip Balm and will be available in Pop of Peach and Pinking of You. These are a cream gel that gives cheeks a natural flush of color. Basically the idea is to give you that baby pink cheek look that’s natural but not made up!

Cutes yes?

Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Cheek Flush will be available shortly at drugstores or snag them now at Target.com.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Hi Muse. I hope these have color. The last baby lip glosses have barely any color. These blushes look cute

I hope they have some decent color to them and they aren’t sticky. They look so cute!

Hm I may hold off on these. The only “baby” thing I’ve liked is the Baby skin primer, and I don’t use it as a primer really. Just over top of dry patches before I apply my foundation. Can we look forward to some swatches and reviews? (:

I’m curious if these will have good color payoff, since most Baby stuff by them doesn’t.

I checked them out online, but will wait to see them in person at my local Target to see if the colors I’m seeing online have any relation to what they really appear to be in the product containers. Even then, we’re going to be rolling the dice on if these cheek stains have any decent pigment payoff, and if so, how they’ll wear on oiler skins. I wonder also how they’ll look on medium to darker skin tones versus fairer tones, since I’m roughly a NC42 shade in MAC-speak.

I just saw these at my local target yesterday along with the falsies push up drama mascara. I am crazy so I drove to 2 places to find the mascara, but I held back on these baby skin cheek flushes. I wasn’t sure if they’d have decent color or not.

This is so exciting..I love the lip balms and skin primer, so this is a very welcome addition. Now, all we need is Baby Skin liquid foundation, and loose as well as pressed powder..maybe even some “Baby Eyes” cream eyeshadow for the limpid eye look..the possibilities are endless. 🙂
