I’m feeling festive today courtesy Bite Beauty VIB Rouge Creme Lipstick! Bite Beauty VIB Rouge Creme Lipstick ($28) is a Sephora VIB Rouge Exclusive that launched with the VIB Rouge program. Anyone who got their VIB Rouge Welcome Set last year likely got a mini version of this shade and hopefully it encouraged you to purchase a new one.

Now with the Holidays on the way it happens to be one of those shades that I love wearing everyday! It’s my ideal shade of red.

At this point I’m on my second tube of Bite Beauty VIB Rouge Creme Lipstick just to give you a general idea how much I LOVE this shade.

First off let’s talk formula. This is positively creamy with an easy, soft glide across lips with gorgeous color pay off on a single swipe. It feels incredibly comfortably on lips with a highly hydrating formula that goes on moist and stays moist through the wear. I can get at least six hours from this shade without fading plus it never cracks, flakes, or migrates through that wear and provides a nice, light hydrating factor all the way through.

Sephora says it is limited edition which had me running scared so I ended up hauling two tubes during the Sephora Holiday Sale.

The shade is called a bright red by Sephora. For me it feels like it pulls warm but it would likely be called cool by most people. It looks like a cherry red and I can’t really tell the undertone as I don’t feel it’s a blue undertone. It has absolutely no shimmer or sparkle and a cream finish that’s positively luxuriously.

If you’re looking for a festive Holiday red lipstick I’d say Bite Beauty VIB Rouge Creme Lipstick is your girl!

    I wore this color out shopping this past weekend and got so many compliments on the color! it really is an amazing shade of red. the wear time blows me away, even after eating and drinking the color is going strong without feathering onto the rest of my face.

    Wow, that color is awesome, looks really gorgeous on you, and with such a great review, I may actually consider purchasing one. I’m planning a Sephora run today and will check this out for sure. i love that it has decent wear time, too, so I don’t have to use the entire tube in a week just from having to reapply every 30 minutes, too! Makes the purchase worth the money. Thanks!

    Waaaah! I went to Sephora and looked for this and of course couldn’t find it because now that I carefully reread your review of it, I see it’s an exclusive only for VIB Rouge members, which I am not. Bummer.
    Instead I got the new Hourglass Icon lip oil. I tried it in the store and it looked beautiful and since I had the $15 off coupon, I got that and one of the Sephora lip stains for just the price of the Hourglass.
    I would have loved to get the Bite VIB Rouge, tho.
