About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. 305079 should yield 20% off at Ulta on top of the BOGO-half. At least, it worked for me today. 🙂

I was curious and tried it and yup it work. : ) thank you for adding to my makeup shopping addiction lol. BTW how do I get my photo to show up as a thumbnail? I know that was totally random.

Hm, I don’t know Whee it yanked that from (not my google profile–that’s a different pic). It was automatic for me.

The Essence Soo Glow! highlighter was released early in Australia last year, and I seriously love it. The pan is pretty big and the finish isn’t over the top in the slightest. The pinky shade is gorgeous, too! Best of all, since it’s a cream to powder finish, I don’t need to worry about brushes nor fading/sliding. Best few bucks I’ve spent lately.

I’ll be honest: I’m 47 years old and I have no clue what the hell fleek means! And for me, strobing is goofy (just call it highlighting already) but at least I know what that one means! That being said, I need another highlighter like I need a hole in my head ( nice, old-timey expression) but I am really excited about the Essence cream to powder one for sure. 🙂

just another way of saying on point, why we can’t just say on point is beyond me! lol!

Carol, we are not only the same age, I too had no idea what fleek
was! Always on the lookout for highlighters that don’t make me look like a disco ball and don’t settle into lines.

Jellies! Ha ha ha….that made me chuckle!

I love Essence! I haven’t tried their highlighter yet, but I’m putting it down on my list. Their I <3 Extreme Crazy Volume Mascara is one of the best I've ever tried.
