Physicians Formula Super BB InstaReady Contour Trio BB Stick

Physicians Formula Super BB #InstaReady Contour Trio BB Stick ($12.95) is a new cream blush, highlighter, and sculpting stick that gives you three shades of color to create smooth, sculpted cheeks easily.

Take a look!

Physicians Formula Super BB #InstaReady Contour Trio BB Stick

Physicians Formula Super BB #InstaReady Contour Trio BB Stick is a new Spring 2016 release that launched with the Physicians Formula Instaready Collection, obviously inspired by Instagram.

This little stick comes in a bronze and blush trio with each stick including three different shades. I got the blush stick and it has variations of peach from lighter to darker. Apparently they are formulated with an SPF 30 but honestly, I don’t see the point of SPF in blusher or bronzer.

This is a twist up stick that has a flat, rounded rectangle shape. Unfortunately, it does not twist completely down which is a pet peeve of mine as when I put the cap back on I keep slicing off chunks of blush. Grrr!

Aside from the packaging issues I liked this a lot. I’m not really sure about the contouring and sculpting element but it does add a lovely glowing radiance to my cheeks with a pop of pretty peach. The formula is soft, creamy, and easy to blend with excellent pigmentation and a solid wear without fading for seven hours on my drier cheeks. The consistency is a heavier cream so a little goes a really long way with this. Even on my drier skin it has a smooth beautiful set that feels and looks like a powder.

I kinda swipe it across my cheeks, using all three shades, and blend out gently with finger tips. I find the light shade adds a bit of a glow-y finish to the two darker shades but I’m not sure my cheeks or face look contoured or sculpted thanks to the use of all three shades. None the less I loved how the blush looked on!

Physicians Formula Contour Trio BB Stick

As Summer approaches more and more of us will be embracing cream blushes I’m sure as the lightweight finish and wear of a cream is always a pleasure in the Summer or at least that’s the case for me. Physicians Formula Super BB #InstaReady Contour Trio BB Stick brings a pop of gorgeous, lightweight creamy color to cheeks that’s totally Summer ready!

Loves this!

How do you feel this compares to Benefit’s Fine-One-One? I wanted it forever, then finally got it and was mostly disappointed. I didn’t like the orangey shade it had on the bottom and the pigmentation just wasn’t there. This looks very pigmented though! Thanks Muse!

Hey Katie! It looks a lot like Benefit but the formula is creamier and more pigmented in comparison. Fine One One is considerably denser and has a more natural pop of color. PF’s version is much more pigmented and there’s a lot of orange to the shade just to be safe as you said you didn’t like the orange 🙂

Looks really nice on you. Definitely looks too creamy for me.
