About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. OMG! I haven’t been this excited about smashbox in a long time! Both of those palettes look like they need to come home with me, and the color corrector in peach (for under eyes, not like I don’t already have (ahem) several peach correctors…. and maybe a blush palette?! Now – sephora should be having it’s spring sale thing before too long, if memory serves me correctly? 🙂 C’mon sephora – send out the announcements! 😀

    My Visa company thanks you, Muse… They’ll be very happy soon! ;-}

    Although I would have preferred to have gotten this from Sephora or even Ulta, I couldn’t wait and bought it from Nordstrom shortly after you blogged about it. What can I say? I see eyeshadow palettes…matte eyeshadows…and I cave!

      😀 hey, free shipping from Nordstrom who can resist? I wanna try the smaller palette!

    To clarify, I purchased the full size Photo Matte palette not the travel size (which are colors from the larger palette anyway…otherwise I would have bought that, too)!
