One can hope the new Wet n Wild Au Naturel Eyeshadow Palettes ($5.62) aren’t as bad as the ombre blushes that Wet n Wild launched earlier this Spring. I’ve had so many people e-mail to say, “Just don’t! Don’t do it!” So yeah, I avoided the blushes like the plague!

But these new Au Natural Eyeshadow Palettes might just tempt me.

There are two palettes available one of which contains all rose hued nudes and it’s called Nude Awaiting. The second palette contains is a warm, nude palette with browns, golds, and creams called Bare Necessities.

I’m actually really loving the rose hued palette as the shades look quite deep with some very nice cranberries!

What do you think of these?

I’m going to give the a try I think!

The Wet n Wild Au Natural Eyeshadow Palettes are available exclusively at Walmart and Walmart.com.

I literally just grabbed both L’Oreal La Palettes, and CoverGirl Roses & Nudes, plus I have several other nude palettes, so I will likely pass on these… Still, I am curious how they work out! Of course, if they turn up at CVS, with a WnW BOGO sale, and I have CVSBucks, I’ll be tempted, LOL! Or Rite Aid, which often has 40% off sales…

I hope these come to my Walmart. Once a new product comes, other products go to make room. 🙁 I wish they made the display a bit bigger or have it at the end of the aisle.

I just put this palette in my purge pile. The rosy one (Nude Awakening) is nice, the color payoff is fine, and the shadows wear most of the day if you put a good primer down, but I have soooo many palettes. I don’t mean to be a snob, but I just don’t have the room in my collection for “okay” makeup anymore. To be fair I’m also purging a Lorac palette :P. I find these shadows easier to work with that the 6 pan Wet n Wild shadows, which are beautiful but powdery. These are lighter in texture. Let’s just say, if it were $15 I probably would’ve returned it.

Thanks Jay! I was curious about them but sounds like I might not need them!

I picked both palettes up a couple of months ago and I like them. They’re definitely not the best, but I like them more than the new Covergirl and Revlon ones.

These look lovely, but as the comments above have shown, we all have a lot of great quality neutral palettes in our stashes. I wish Wet n’ Wild had created a cool toned neutral palette – now that would have been different.

I just bought these and I love them. Of course, I am a neutral shadow addict. For some reason W&W shadows work well for me. I had to laugh one day at work because I got three or four compliments on my eye makeup and I was wearing W&W. The day before I was wearing Givenchy makeup and not a word. Oh well.
